You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

EchoMock, its branding, AI feedback system, scoring algorithms, and user experience design are the exclusive property of EchoMock, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your interview answers and data.
Interview questions, feedback, and model answers are generated by artificial intelligence (MiniMax). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies. Do not rely on AI feedback as definitive professional career guidance.

EchoMock Pro (Coming Soon): Unlimited sessions, advanced analytics, and HD voice playback. Subscription will be billed via the App Store. Pricing and auto-renewal terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.
EchoMock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
